RULES

A casino craps table is run by up to four casino employees: a boxman who guards the chips, supervises the dealers and handles "coloring out" players (exchanging small chip denominations for larger denominations in order to preserve the chips at a table); two base dealers who stand to either side of the boxman and collect and pay bets; and a stickman who stands directly across the table from the boxman, takes bets in the center of the table (hard ways, yo, craps, horn, etc.), announces the results of each roll, collects the dice with an elongated wooden stick, and directs the base dealers to pay winners from bets in the center of the table. Each employee makes sure the other is paying out winners correctly.
After checking all the bets, the stickman gives the pitcher some dices. Players chose a pair of them a that’s the very time to make them roll (till they hit the other side of the playground)

  • If 7 or 11 get out at the first shot, you’ve got a “natural” and win. You win the fiches amount you bet over the pass line.

  • If 2, 3 o 12 get out at the first shot, you’ve got "craps" and lose. The croupier will take your bets over the pass line. And the dice pitcher will go on till he gets 7.

  • If 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 get out at the first shot, that will be your "box point". It takes new dice shots to get the same point, but if a 7 get out first, you’ll lose.

We suggest to play “line” and “how”, or “pass” and “don’t pass”. Those are the bet’s areas with more winning chances. Betting on the “pass line” you might have many chances (and some casino even doubles these chances!). Last advice: improve your bets on wins, never double over losses.
SEVEN at the first shot is paid 4/1, with a 5/1real math chance, living the banker a 16,66% profit margin.
ELEVEN pays 14/1 at the first shot, with a 17/1 real math chance, living the banker a 16,66% profit margin. That’s quite a bad bet!
PLACE BETS 4 and 10 pay 9/5, with a 2/1 real math chance, living the banker a 6,66% profit margin. 5 and 9 pay 7/5, with a7.5/5 real math chance (banker p. m. 4%). 6 and 8 pays 7/6, r.m.c .6/5 (b.p.m.1.51%).
PAY THE BET the player pays 5% more to get true chances over all the numbers. Only with 4 and 10 it will have a good value. That cuts off the banker’s profit margin to 4.76%.
HARD WAYS That’ a bet on 4, 6, 8 and 10. It pays 9/1 for 6 and 8, 7/1 for 4 and 10. The b.p.m. is 9.09% and11.11%. Bad bet!
COME & DON'T COME Cash bets “even”, b.p.m.1.414%  and1.402%, as for pass line.
PASS LINE Pays cash “even” (b.p.m. 1.414%). One of the best bets.
DON'T PASS Pays cash “even”( b.p.m. 1.402%). With a little more chance than pass line.
THE FIELD One shot bet that pays cash “even”, 2/1 for 2 and 12. B.p.m. 5.55%.
ANY CRAPS It’s the one shot bet. With 2,3 o 12, you’ve got a7/1 real math chance. But the b.p.m. is 11.11%, that’s why it’s a bad bet. BIG 6 & 8: the player bets on signed boxes as soon as he gets cash, with a 6/5 real math chance, b.p.m. 9.09%.
HORN BET: 2, 3, 12 and11 (that you might bet one by one) together is the “horn” area. A player can bet on this area calling for instance “4$ horn bet”, that will mean 1$ on each number at first shot. 2 and 12 pay 30/1, 3 and 11 pay 15/1. with 35/1 and 17/1 real math chances. B.p.m in always 16.66%. Bad bet, definitely!
CHANCES: When a player get a score (both at first and next shots), he can “take the chance”. That pays 2/1 for 4 and 10, 3/2 for 5 and 9, 6/5 for 6 and 8. And he’s got the same chances betting against the score.
